Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after purchasing in store  or 7 days after receiving your item, to return it to us and 2 days after purchasing or receiving it to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was when purchased or received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please NOTE that the Sale is deemed final for all Preloved Items and Sale Items and no exchange or refund will be given. We can not offer refunds on purchases made using AfterPay both in store and online.

To start a return for new items, you can contact us at bunnies.arrowtown@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewellery, footwear, accessories, sale items, pre loved items, gift cards or items specifically stated as non returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the postage cost and less a 5% processing fee. This covers the non-refundable fees we pay to our platform provider and the handling costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Layby

All laybys are at the sole discretion of the store. Payment must be made in full within 6 weeks. If for any reason a laybuy is cancelled a $50 cancellation fee will be retained by the store and the balance will be refunded to the customer within 3 working days.
